I think men have basically been emasculated. They're treated like dirt. Like women don't need them. I still like having doors opened for me, chairs pulled out, etc. But it seems women now a days are contemptuous of those behaviors as though they feel men are treating them as "inferior" and "incapab...

Anti-suicide laws are among the most retarded laws ever made. In the case of attempted suicide, being arrested is more like being taken into protective custody. The purpose of the arrest isn't to punish the person, but to force them to accept treatment. Why not just section them under the Mental He...

There are a lot of negative stereotypes towards people on the Autism spectrum. A lot of people are ignorant enough about Aspergers and Autism that it'd probably be beneficial to just not use the terms anymore and not let anyone know that we're on the spectrum. Why don't we just classify ourselves a...

I didn't even know they weren't already separate. Obviously bipolar depression, unipolar depression, and anxiety disorders are separate things (not always but it's better to have a specific label rather than 'mood disorder').

Those aren't actual Tumblr rules though? Just social conventions. I know. But it's as people make them out to be social norms. But back to my point: do use auties/Aspies get a bad rap? Blimey. I didn't know those "rules" about Tumblr. I have a Tumblr buddy at work and we often have a chinwag about ...

And here I thought you didn't believe ASDs were "disorders." Nope I've been converted, I have no reason to live, nobody's life is as bad as ours, regular people face virtually no problems. If only there weak little minds would understand how bad our lives are. 'regular people face virtually no prob...

How about: If I can't answer something, please don't make assumptions that I did not do my readings or do not understand the material. Please don't make a comment to this effect in front of the class. I am very diligent and I care deeply about my answers. I am not stupid and I am not lazy. If you s...

It sucks, and it's unfair, and it may even be harder to do, but you need to pass your class. Sorry. :( Also remember that she'll nev...

Of course people with Aspergers commit suicide. In fact, there's an increased risk of suicide compared to NTs.

We have just started and which aspect of autism this technology will assist with is still completely open. My role is to advise on autism and currently I’m to produce a list of the main...

I don't know why I did that. I am tired and I guess I was thinking of them as something like a cross between an ellipsis (... thinking this discussion would continue) and 'how does this sound'? Sorry for the confusion and I hope my input is helpful. If you have any more thoughts, feel free to add t...
