The longer I wait, the more unnecessary suffering I will endure.

What exactly causes you pain and suffering in present?

I don't have this problem since I learned basics of human biochemistry and focus on being intentional about getting enough physical activity, direct sunlight, fresh air and proper nutrition. Our motivation, will power, mental strength are all result of a chain of chemical reactions and if there is o...

Don't click any links or call any number in this email, it is likely to be scam. Go to settings on your device and check iCloud storage status, if it's really full, usually there are suggestions how you can free up some space.

It's not necessarily what other people think, it's how I feel. Since getting diagnosed I have always been uncomfortable in my own skin and I prefer to identify as neurotypical. You know, just like females uncomfortable in their own skin prefer to identify as males or non-binary (and vice-versa). I ...

And this is why I wish that I didn't get diagnosed so early in life, because as an adult I still don't have much control over who knows. I am so f*****g jealous of everyone here who never got a diagnosis in childhood - especially those of my age and younger. I never read their threads that say &quo...

Horray, another fellow Aspie my age diagnosed in childhood like me! I have been in a relationship with my NT boyfriend for 7 years, got engaged 5 years ago, and he doesn't know about my diagnosis because I feel too embarrassed to talk about it. I've always been ashamed of having an ASD and I hate t...

This is tricky situation, but I believe disclosing it before you got married and have kids if you are planning on it, would be the right thing to do. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it though, wouldn't make it a "we need to talk" kind of thing.

Some day it will down on you that you can enjoy happy life by your own choice and whatever BS your depression is telling you just isn't true and completely irrelevant. If you'll start working out, getting like 20 minutes of direct sunlight soon after you wake up every day and pay attention to what y...

I'll definitely look into it! I already have vision problems so maybe it's all related. I see small things as moving constantly and little spirals at times. I think I'll also ask an eye doctor! Since I have so many physical symptoms of mental illness it is hard to tell real problems and mental heal...

How is any of it relevant? We are talking about metabolic typing. I don't care about celebrity endorsements and numerous certifications by the same organizations STILL to this day responsible for promoting and selling pure sugar/maltodextrin as recommended sports nutrition. It doesn't matter if they...

If you are hyperventilating when stressed, this might be result of hypocapnia, look it up. When I'm doing breathing exercises, part of it is basically controlled hyperventilation and visually effects of doing it for like 5 minutes are freaking psychedelic. Partly it's due to vasoconstriction and vis...

Unless you are using your laptop in the dark, glare probably means your pupils are too dilated. First of all I would check how my pupils react to light when I have this glare and when I don't anymore. If that's the case, It could be caused my some medications, low blood glucose, dehydration, poor sl...
