Nothing wrong with being blunt if you sugar coat it, it will cloud the message. |

| I usually feel bad after standing up for myself. My dad and i usually go to costco on the weekends and talk to the [people giving out samples. He knows I have no social life and this gets me out of the house. It appeared I was making friends with quite a few of the people who give out samples..even... |

| I hate shaving my face and when I use a blade makes it my face feel like it's on fire. It's also pointless you shave it and it comes back people do it over and over again. Do they expect something different to happen? I'll beat it back with the clippers but that's it. |

| You need to get the money on principal alone. You have dropped the price on it and he still won't pay? Ask for the money or the computer. If you need to work on being assertive this would be a good start. Bottom line he owes YOU the money or the computer. |

Try music and step to the beat nothing to fast. Most music is 4/4 timing so you will get a 1 2 3 4 beat to put your feet down to. Or maybe trying counting in your head 1 2 3 4. |
