From what I've heard, Israel is a very liberal country, comparable to Europe in many ways. It brought in LGBT-friendly policies years before Britain did, for example. Not the best example of an ideal left wing state I'd say, the LGBT stuff is irrelevant in the long run and the smarter radicals know... |

Corbyn and Labour in general are not people I follow, but I am not all that surprised. I think being anti-Israel is often confused with being anti-semitic and this is what most of these incidents are about (putting aside anti-Israel sentiments from Muslims which is often a simpler "dey took are... |

I'm sick of all the cis-duck privilege around here and all the open harassment of trans-gooseism. I demand all the aggressors be banned. Serious post: Careful, I don't want this thread locked or deleted like the other one. Transgooseism, as parody and mockery of the language of that crowd could be ... |

Another poster expecting people to spend 15 or more minutes watching asinine YouTube videos... while being too lazy to provide an independent summary himself... Updated with summary. ... or even an explanation as to why the video might even be relevant ... Besides this cult pervading almost everyth... |

Another good Black Pigeon video. I'll leave it without comment after the last train wreck thread. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10B9Fc8BmR0 Video summary: The culture of victimhood that has arisen over the last few years is reaching ridiculous new lows, former victim groups are being stripped of t... |

Since I'm already here, I won't find myself on the losing end of that. No, obviously you cannot be aborted now, unless someone invents time travel, but you might find yourself on the losing side of that sort of thinking one day. Right this way Juden... But to change the mind of someone who says he can/will not change his position because, as he also states, that anyone who disagrees with him, and tries to provide proof is not being rational, is impossible. He's not discussing, only proclaiming. I consider myself open minded, in fact I changed my ... |

Soooo, no answers, no answers, no answers, no answers! :D Ignoring, forgetting, dis-remembering, evading are no fun....it creates, as you obviously know, a discussion not conducive to any conversation except the one inside your head. :( You didn't quote me on anything, it was just "you said th... |

It's irrelevant. We kill human beings all the time. In self defense, in war, as punishment for a crime, due to the accumulated effects of pollution and inadequate safety measures. Indeed, I'm not arguing for pacifism. The question is whether killing is justified or not. it's still your body to do wi... |

It seems impossible to discuss logically with a person whose only statement boils down to "I like myself. I don't recall saying this, or putting it forward as an argument. Regardless I have said many other things. You say, for example, that others must follow your line of reasoning unless they... |

Also the implication a womans period is 'punishment' against all women because because of eve eating the fruit women are less trustworthy I have heard that thrown around a couple times. Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth c... |

I don't see why there is any hope in your worldview if you think the Bible isn't literally true. Do you think Christianity has never given any hope whatsoever except unto those few living in America right now who think it's literally true? The Bible was constructed not to be taken literally, you do... |

Maybe nothing. I don't know either, which is the point. There is a choice to be made, do we wade in the emptiness of agnosticism, embrace the cold material world of atheism or the warmth and hope of theism? Do we want an ordered, purposeful universe where there is eternal justice and hope for an af... |

I seek knowledge. Care to share what you've learned about the creation of the universe? I guess we should also believe that dinosaurs and humans once co-existed As I said in a previous thread this literalism is a relatively recent mostly American phenomenon, perhaps a reaction to increasing attacks... |

if i was a woman and some busybody told me that according to him/her, i had no right to kill my children, i would say to him/her, "who died and appointed you god?" Fixed that for an alternative point of view. off course there's nature's urge to maximise hatching eggs(or anything actually)... |
