Alestorm is amazing.......anyways a lot of you have pretty good taste. I left out a lot of my favorites because I was not sure hoW many people here would know about any of the lesser known metal bands so I figured I would make a list of mor common ones. Another one I have to mention is Litvintroll [...

Do you think Aspies could be considered as candidates for affirmative action? I would not agree with that for a couple of reasons: 1. I do not like anything about the idea of affirmative action, I mean someone should be accepted to college based on if they qualify not their race, gender or anything...

I really don't think I am going to find a job, I am starting college(again, dropped out last time), but I am fairly convinced im not going to make it very far before I end up falling over the edge of my sanity or attempting suicide. though i could just be stressed about college so im just thinking ...

Over the last few months, I have had this nagging thought about life, love and everything in between. It started when I was admitted at a psych ward last year. I began ruminating on the concept of reality and how people view it. You could say that I have become a cynic, but this is just the way I v...

Yes, you're right; a person's value is intrinsic, and has nothing to do with his value to society. But in many cases, it is also encouraging to know that it is possible for anyone to contribute--you can still find a job you can do, a way to help other people, a place in the world. You can still fin...

I hate when people say I am manipulative, I dont even really know how to be.....kind of like when people call me selfish, if anything i need to be more of that because usually I am too busy thinking of everyone else, it tends to hold me back. Not that everything it holds me back from is nessisarly '...

The thing is this: If you hold on to the past, let if affect your present and your future, then your life will always suffer for it. In order to have the best life you can, right now and in the future, the past must hold no power over you. Live for the present. If nothing else, live for the future....

I have never really completly created my own world......guess I am not quite that creative even though I have aspergers. But I will think about things a lot and sometimes relate whats going on in my mind to the real world. Like sometimes I watch a movie, read a book or get really into certain music....

I tend to have issues with that, I've never seemed to have very much energy.....usaully I use caffine to help with that. The trouble with caffine is it's addictive, If I go a day without caffine I start getting withdrawl headaches. But I don't really have any better ideas.

I was seriously fighting back all the rage I've ever buried inside myself from everything... Instead of exploding, what you are doing is imploding. -- think about how that word feels. This is probably half the reason you are depressed. Ask your therapist about letting out anger a little at a time. ...

I think some people could be held back from achieving what they want to, cause they know they've got aspergers or whatever to fall back on. It seems a lot of people mention they have it, wherever they go. From what I see, like dating sites or social one. I wouldn't mention it in places like that, a...

Do you have a therapist? I have one I trust now, and she's amazing and just talking is a big healer. If you ever need to talk you can PM me (even though they scare me a bit >.<) because I felt exactly like you did a couple of years ago. Even if it's just to rant and complain. I've always found it h...

I gotta say I am not even at a college math level, I have very little understanding of that entire subject....Not to mention I kind of hate anything that has to do with numbers. So I would hate accounting.
