I remember his mental and verbal cruelty - which had proven to be hypocrisy - very well. He was the walking example of Christ's warning that we shouldn't be condemning the speck in our brother's eye when we have a timber in our own.

Weyoun was a neat villain on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. This was a funny but well acted scene. I love Captain Sisko and especially that glare he gives at the end.
