Love this scene in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Loved seeing this in theatres when I was little. Palpatine is definitely one of my favorite characters and Ian McDiarmid is terrific. I hope he gets his own series one day maybe showing his rise to a Senator. https://youtu.be/gug3R-bKt9U?si...

Not going to my contracting job because of the anxiety and snow. I hope and pray this week will get better. I feel lost without a lighthouse and in a fog. I don't know where i'm going or where my destination is. I hope I can find some direction again.

Kind of like this song. Feels like it somehow perfectly encapsulates the 80's. Love the photo with Bateman for the thumbnail

I was supposed to start my first contracting job today. Where I am located we have already received up to 4 to 5 inches of snow. I started having bad anxiety last night but at the same time I came to a revelation. The person I was 6 months ago is no longer the person I am. At the same time though wh...

I happened to come across a neat video I happened to see of Jimmy Carter before he became President on a game show. I always thought he was a great President and a great man.

A neat scene from the beginning of the 1979 movie "The China Syndrome" starring Jack Lemmon, a young Michael Douglas and Jane Fonda regarding an incident at a nuclear reactor and an ensuing cover up. I always thought this was a neat scene. Great movie and definitely recommend! This clip ha...

Great idea King Kat! This is from the 1993 movie "The Firm". https://youtu.be/ikBZK-sG2A8?si=p5G6fNNczuwaWicJ Wow great scene! No one could make it more believable than Paul Sorvino, in terms of playing someone in organized crime. Thank you, King Kat! I agree. Paul Sorvino did a terrific ...

Finished watching Episode 5 of "North and South". Really, really like the series. It actually is renewing my interest in the Civil War. I love how it shows some of the historical events such as John Brown's Raid in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia in 1859. The episode left off leading up to Ab...
