If anyone is offended by my thoughts then I apologise it is not my intention. I don't understand the politics and flag-waving about gender and sexuality. I am no more proud of my sexuality than I am ashamed of my sexuality both are just on a spectrum just like many other aspects of my life. Perhaps...

Many members on here were diagnosed when they were older than that. I believe her. The stuff about not quite understanding what she was getting wrong in social interactions does seem on point. I always wondered why I was like that to, till I learned about my autism. And if it wasn't for the therapi...

I think you are on the right track, to identify what your worst triggers are and find ways to "work around" them (self accommodation) Over time a lot of my anxiety has got better because I no longer force myself to do things to please others (go where I get sensory overload, try to do thi...

I also think I may have it, but one symptom is procrastination, maybe the drugs could help, but I keep procrastinating about getting aappointment to see about it. Idk maybe I am embarrassed because my parents should have taken teachers advice and realised xomething was off with me. BUt they just 'wa...

I was worried a coworker didn't like me...but then she made a point to say she apprecaited me and I was helping her out with learning spot treatment....cause apperently past coworkers on the shirt press were reluctant to help her, so for sure maybe she was initially worried I was one of those types....

Morality above the social average Why are there no shelters in Colorado? I feel that such a tragedy is a violation of human rights. There are some shelters, and another person in the local subreddit mentioned there are places that at least give those people a place to warm up a bit. But yeah does n...

There was the video I saw of a palestinian woman getting shot right in front of her kid while they were waving white flags....not sure the full context but either way it looked pretty bad and did upset me, that isreali soldiers would just shoot a surrendering woman and child...sure they did not shoo...

What kind of unusual and dramatic things happened at your job? Stuff in my head, like a coworker I was nervous about told me she apprciates my help, not what I would have expected her to say, but she did. LOl and sometimes people put fake spiders in her work station to scare her...lol so I wonder i...

Idk they think it is fine to kill the human shields even if they are hostages...maybe that is a sign that Israel is not pointed in the right direction.

This weekend is supposed to be extremely cold, so yeah I am worried about the people on the streets, like how will they survive this cold front with dangerous winds? LIke I don't have change to spare to them, but I also don't want them to die in the cold but there is nothing I can do...me and my boy...

That lady has most likely been in that job or jobs like it for decades. You probably look younger than you are. She may feel you're just passing through, that you'll move on to something else once you get bored. It's up to you to make an effort to be nice to her without getting in her face. Yeah, s...

You can't really do anything about co-workers. Some people just want to go to work, do their time and leave. What you can do is change your expectations towards them and how you react to them. Yeah that makes sense, that is why today I said good morning . I think all I can do is try and actually gr...

This is it, it determines whether we become a fascist nation or not. I would not argue the democrats are the best choice, but for now they are the necessary choice. One must vote with their head this upcoming election not with their heart. There is no good side...that is certain but for americans vo...
