Just to clarify: You do Not need to put epsom salts near your eyes! Just needs to be on your skin to absorb. We absorb the most through the bottom of our feet - so epsom salt foot soaks in hot water are good. Or just mix epsom salts and water in the palm of your hand and rub on the bottom of your fe...

USA needs to do some fixin'. (so does Canada!) But, I do believe that the 3rd (Judicial) branch of it's government will do it's job and keep things together long enough for the others to fix their s**t. Part of the reason I believe this is as some political news commentators have pointed out, it's ...

MAGAs are not creatures of folklore. You encounter them everywhere you go. Why obsess over a threat from evil "antifas" when you've likely never even seen one nor known anyone who has, when the MAGAs are right in front of you? Propaganda can be so f*****g effective! It was interesting hea...

Lots of sugar in ciders.

If you keep drinking, make the switch to some sort of vodka soda.

Even better would be to quit/minimize drinking.

The dark circles under people on the spectrum's eyes are a symptom of salicylate acid sensitivity/build up. 70% of people on the spectrum have this food acid sensitivity. The easy way to treat it is via epsom salts on your skin to detox the excess acids via urination. The long term solution is to do...

Is there such a thing as too much walking ? :? When I work, I'm on my feet moving about for 8-10h/day. My friend that sells beer at the beach has a pedometer and easily covers 20,000 steps on a light day, with his record being 50,000 steps in one day's work. He hasn't collapsed and died from over wa...

Having a couple pints worth of black coffee. Then I have to go see about renewing my drivers licence before I go to the beach. Is 1 pint an hour a good pace? For what? Winning a chugging contest? No; that’s terrible. You’ll lose. For limiting your drinking to 1 pint per hour? It’s the perfect pace....
