No. There have been several occasions in my life where people have 'exploded' at me in anger - or so it seems to me. I've been told, by my partner and others, that the signs I was annoying or upsetting these people were there, I just didn't see it. I'm never sure how much of this is down to not real... |

I think its probably healthier to take personal responsibility for our own social failings. Not to blame ourselves but it puts you in a position of control, or at least agency. I think 'ignore' is the wrong word. If you can't stand up for yourself for whatever reason, or there's no authority figure you can go to for help then I think you're down to one option.
