I think there are lots of tests. For my diagnosis I didn't even take any though. I just had interviews with the psychiatrist (one with her and my mother.) Honestly, I wouldn't let these tests define you. Once you are older you will be able to pursue your own course of therapy, but for the time bein...

The video explained the cause better then the editorial. The editorial said it was probably an obsession but no cause was known. On the video it was stated it definitely a vocal tic. That would be something that can be seen. Surgery is ok to fix a psychical problem.

This thing about The Cure. I'm not sure we have to worry about legislation exactly, not like they're going to pass a law saying all Autistics must take THE CURE. But it's more pernicious then that because your doctor can do it to you without legislation such as that. Think about what they do to sch...

I don't understand reality TV. Why do NTs get so much enjoyment out of watching people bicker and fight over the most ridiculous things? I especially don't understand shows like "The Bachelor"; why would anyone fight with twenty-odd other people to marry a person they've only just met? I watched on...

Yes, I too get this. Six or seven months ago I was informed that my aunt & cousin had been found dead in their Texas apartment with knife wounds, and I reacted with "Hmm, I wonder what could have gone on there?". Then I proceeded to work out how and why this could have happened. It doesn't mean...
