| I've been taking it for about a week and it works great for blood pressure and anxiety but I still have some problems with focusing. I just started strattera for that. (haven't been on strattera long enough to see the effects) |

http://www.buildyourmemory.com/ Some loci and pegging techniques listed on here may be helpful, and make the memorization process more interesting. Not sure how well mnemonics work for skeletal stuff; I used them to remember PERL key words  |

| I don't think reading negative things is necessarily bad. I think it is better to face problems and accept possible situations rather than keeping them in you subconscious. Sounds like your mom is worrying too much. |
