| I don't mind showers. I take one once a week or so. Between showers I wash up at the bathroom sink a bit. I cannot stand baths. | You can try the "keto" diet. People lose quite a bit on it if you can stomach it. If not, portion control is a big thing. Otherwise, just keep exercising like you are doing. And don't go to the weigh scale every day! Once a month if that. As long as you are exercising, that's the Important... |

I'd never laugh out loud if that was the case. I am always alone!
I have chuckled on parade (military) when someone flubs marching. Then I do the same thing but never notice! Although EVERYONE can't help but notice.
It's normal to laugh out loud, whether you are alone or with someone. |
