I guess it’s a matter of personal perspective. What is the emphasis, to you? Does it emphasize the action movie genre—or is Christmas the overriding motif? I don’t know. Never saw the movie :P 8O You should watch it. (and the rest of them, there's 3 or 4.) Mostly action, but takes place during Chri...

Freedom of Speech is overrated. I'm in favor of silencing Trump and his supporters. As a very small minority who “think differently” Autistic people should be the last people in favor of censorship. It could be turned against us as in it is made illegal to advocate for the neurodiversity movement b...

Maybe you should watch them and have an informed opinion. It’s not exactly going to be old news anytime soon. The likelihood that trump and others get indicted for their crimes just increased with the appointment of Jack Smith as special counsel. It’s not a sure thing, but with his appointment and ...

Sorry to hear.
Glad she lived a long life.
Still a difficult grieving process, as I'm sure it almost always is for everyone.

Somehow I don’t think he’s going to be intimidated by...

What’s happening now is many homes are being bought and turned into nightly rentals by out of town owners since this is a scenic area. Many local people can’t find reasonable rental homes. Yep, same here. Which is why so many people are homeless living in vans or tents etc. Tons of people barely ha...

I think real estate shot through the roof everywhere it’s nice to live. Thirty years ago I paid $18,000 cash for an unfinished house on twenty acres. A rough cabin on 60 acres near me is now listed for $500,000 and there is no water available, they will have to drill a well. While it’s gone up sign...

Don't be feeling sorry for us in the USA.

So life's good for young men in the USA?

Good morning!

Depends on the individual, I just don't see any reason to pity Americans.

You seen the news lately?

Whole lotta trumpism reasons to pitty Americans.

Avoid he usual non-STEM degrees or get a trade and you should be relatively OK provided you're ruthless. Honest to god, buying a house off a boomer is a f*****g nightmare. Tell them to f**k off and walk away if they start playing up over the pennies (which they will) Pennies? :? More like Millions....

Have you watched them? :? It’s a bipartisan committee with mostly republican/trump administration interviewees. Facts, not partisan fables created by democrats. "Bipartisan committee". :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Sure. Made of Trump-hating Democrats... And Trump-hating Republicans. Yes, I...

lol home affordability is as bad or worse in Canada unless you move to an undesirable place to live. I suppose it would be easier for a foreigner to move to some Northern resource town and work than it is for locals to leave friends/family/home. And then there is always the option of being somewhere...
