I keep reading on WP that a lot of people's autism are caused pregnancy complications, premature births, age of parents and other factors like that. I have finally told my parents about my ptsd and other issues. Probably gpong to go to a psych ward because of self harming behavior i will expand upon this in a later post. It feels nice to finally be free of the burden and the lies. Also fair warning next post Will be disturbing

After moving halfway across the world, getting married and spacing out contact with my family, I'm at the point where I want to cut off contact so I can heal inside after decades of abuse. Later I can go into details about the nature of the abuse, but for now I'm just asking for your understanding....
