Interesting a few people have mentioned carbs, I find I have to stay away from carbs too. I find caffeine makes me more chatty and social, but it can have a reverse effect if I have too much.

I know EXACTLY what you are talking about Drummer_girl. My particular obsessions usually revolve around particular popgroups, singers or movies and I have driven some of my friends to HATE the them. I had several friends who would turn off the radio if that group came on because they were so sick of...
