Nah, I think these new Covid variants are going to ramp things up.

Also, people who are properly masking and social distancing will have a very low chance of catching the flu =)
I haven't been sick at all since I caught Covid, it's been kind of nice.
(well, I mean, besides all the Long Haul stuff)

That sounds like when I have an auto-immune flare-up. Keep track of what foods you're eating and see if something there is triggering it. Could be something high in histamine, or high in lectins, or just something that's inflammatory. Allergens such as gluten can trigger it in some people, too. That...

I wonder how you feel about the ones suffering delusions of having been war vets?

Is that a thing?
Seems like a strange delusion to have...you would think most people like that would be suffering from some form of PTSD...which is something a war vet would be likely to suffer from...

Hmm...

This is the best advice and should be followed, unless you don't enjoy being a sovereign being and would rather a different entity, such as the CCP, to take over your consciousness and live your life for you. No, this is very bad advice. None of this will protect you from dangerous pathogens. Consi...

And you mentioned Manos: The Hands of Fate. Are you by chance a Mystery Science Theater 3000 or Rifftrax fan too? 8) Yes, but I actually kind of like the movie without any riffs  I feel like there's almost a decent movie hiding under there, they just need to tighten up the editing a bit. I do...

Halloween, and most of the sequels (but it really depends on what kind of mood I'm in). Dawn of the Dead. I like the rest of the movies too, but Dawn is far and away my fav. Does the original Japanese Godzilla count? The original King Kong? Ring, Spiral, Ring 0. Too bad the rest of the books will ne...

Your best protection is simply to get vaccinated. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/E-a1WchUYAAVsgT?format=jpg&name=4096x4096 Avoiding social media, tv channels (especially ads), public places, not reading newspapers, wearing earphones in stores (constant covid warnings in stores), avoiding covid inf...

BTW dealing with dial-up modems and 16-bit Windows was aggravating. ... I don't see how anybody can be nostalgic about that stuff. Oops  I'm not a huge fan of 16-bit Windows, though...I mostly missed out on 3.x when it was current (I think we used it in high school typing class 1999?), but I ...

They actually did make an app for Roku, but I don't think it lasted very long:

I just figured something out today...

Long Covid is caused by people who were infected by 5G...everyone knows that electromagnetic frequencies attract spirits, and spirits feed on human energy to grow stronger.

Long Haulers feel weak because GHOSTS ARE STEALING ALL THEIR ENERGY!! ! 8O

I really like ZombiU on the WiiU, even though I'm really bad at it. It's almost like a Roguelike, where it's really easy to die, and you respawn as a different character. Obviously, the RE games are classics, and L4D was a lot of fun. The L4D team has a new game coming out, called Back 4 Blood: http...
