I usually don't make direct eye contact in normal converstaion. It's uncomfortable. However, if I'm trying to make an important point or if things become confrontational my eyes tend to bore right through theirs. I drink but I don't over do it. Occasionally a mild buzz. Mosly beer and wine. Preferably import beer. I like it too much to ever give it up.

I would NOT tell anyone about having AS. That's likely to bring you nothing but grief. The fact that they recruited you and you made it though Lackland means your pobably not too terribly afflicted. Tech school does kinda suck but it's not forever. I was in the USAF, too, and got along well enough. ...
