| I've had 'chats', also known as 'informal interviews' - prepare like it's a formal interview (but don't worry too much about it) and it's generally correct to wear smart casual (not as formal as in a formal interview). |

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties with your job. I guess it's difficult for there to be accommodations when the nature of the job is already stressful. Have you looked into trying to change jobs? |

| It's subjective as it depends on the individual's traits. You are more likely to regard a trait as ideal in people if you have it yourself, or know someone that has it and you admire them for it. Personally my list of ideal traits are honesty, being caring, accepting, and positivity. |
