How prescient was the mail yesterday? A flyer arrived, "See Red. See you doctor".
Damned if I didn't see red yesterday. Damned if I didn't see the doctor too.
Now it is 0250 EST, and after getting up 2 or 3 times, I couldn't get back to sleep. |

| I get the flu shot every year. First time I had to have it. I was heading to the High Arctic for 6 months. Take that up there & the whole camp would come down with the flu. | You could also use Word Press. It is a decent site with lots of templates. I used that over Tumblr, and I am old! I used it mainly for posting activities and news from when I was up in the High Arctic. Kept everyone up-to-date on life by the North Pole. |

| I'm usually in bed by 9 or 10PM. I'll wake up on New Year's Day at 5 or 6AM and toast the new year with a damn fine coffee to two! I was never much for going out at night. I live alone, so there is no pressure to do anything but what I want. |

My fave is Painted Desert Noodles. I'm probably repeating myself in here. Vegan, but if you like meat, anything goes with it. I've been making it since I saw in the newspaper on Saturday August 7, 1999!
