i didn't say it's easier to have a viable long term relationship or to find love, but women don't necessarily need to have confidence in order to have men pursuing them. While your statement is true, I think that The Face of Boo is countering this point by saying the double-standard in some culture... |

no, it's not a matter of demonstrating that you rock at a special interest. it's a matter of being confident in your self, which can arise from the knowledge that you are damn good at something. I can't see where the distinction you're making lies because a special interest could easily be the thin... |

My theory is, that people usually lack confidence in things they aren't good with, or at least they haven't yet prove/convince themselves as being good at them. You usually lack confidence in things you're bad at. So even if you tried to talk with girls a lot before, and the results were always fai... |

ok, so she's obese, and apparently she's also attractive, so that's all that needs to be said about that part. it's nobody's business what she looks like (OP, why-o-why did you even bring it up? it's good enough that you like her. screw what people think of her weight). OP, she sounds like she does... |

Absolutely! If there's anything I've learned about the world, it's that the intention of an action or a phrase will always be foiled by the group who misinterprets it. Because of that, I have to keep checking and double-checking my actions simply to make sure there's incredibly little or no margin o... |

You should just remember and appreciate how fortunate you are for even having a significant other. Some of us are #foreveralone... Dittos. Be happy, but don't flaunt your happiness to others that aren't so fortunate. That gets effin obnoxious. For the record, I don't have a significant other nor ha... |

maybe they should revive the victorian-era practice of vinegar valentines , in which on a certain day, people would send invective-ladden missives to certain choice individuals telling them just what they think of them. my neighbors, i would send them each a card with the scent of doggie l'eau and ... |

Personally, I wouldn't do it, but it depends on a lot of factors. For example, how long a time gap was it between when she broke up with her bf and when she told you of it? Because if that's small, you could be in for some trouble (especially if the bf has contacts to your boss). |
