It's not because it's the Internet. I had the same thing happen to me in the analog world, twice. Both times I was seeing a girl who was seeing other people on the side without telling me. These things happen but you can't hold the sins of this guy against future guys you meet. It's not fair to them...

It's almost as if that freedom of speech means I'm not allowed to be offended. I found what he said personally hurtful. It's almost as if there is no repercussion for doing anything. By his own standards in the quote alone, perhaps he should learn to behave and just cut it out. Speaking is an action...

I believe in the trial by fire approach. Get a big NIKE poster from the 90's that has MJ on it and says "JUST DO IT!" in big bold letters and put it on your wall. It's the only way you're going to get anywhere on your own.

That's the whole point of libertarianism (the political ideology I think governments should go by): - being tolerant of intolerance. Genuine liberalism means tolerating other people's views, even when they don't agree with your own and that includes tolerating people's views if they are intolerant ...

I think Michael Savage has a right to freedom of speech, as does everyone else. I don't believe freedom of speech should mean "freedom, so long as you don't say anything in opposition to some whingeing minorities". Freedom of speech should be absolute. One word: Libel From what I hear, Michael Sava...

I'm a firm believer that looks synergies with personality. You could be a perfect 10, but if you act uncivilized, I couldn't tolerate being around you.

Well for starters, I think it's a bit of a jump to label us a race. We're more of a minority. I also think that the poll is a bit of a loaded question. While I do think that Rev, Sharpton and Rev. Jackson do take things to an extreme sometimes, I can't deny that they do truly hate racial epithets be...
