No.
I don't like bright lights, no matter the color. Sunlight off the pavement or glass hurts (it probably hurts everyone though, but I get migraines from it). I doubt it has anything to do with AS or AD. |

Simple.
Questioned by police. Questioned by anyone in authority.
If I can't respond verbally to them and my carer isn't around, they'll think much different things than if they know I have a communication disorder. |

I have one that has (it's a little key chain type deal):
Person with autism, may not respond to verbal commands.
I can see some situations that aren't all that uncommon where I'd need it. |

I don't know how you can just leave, without a farewell or anything; 4 years and...nothing. Friends forever went...where? My father even said goodbye.

Too much to focus on and process at once, which means I can't do it safely. I'm only good at doing one thing at a time. Studies were done that showed people with an ASD generally function at half their potential when you add another process to the one they're doing (have a count at how many processe... |

Social structure that can adapt is probably better for the early survival of a relatively weak species like humans. |

As has been said, it's people going from nonverbal and/or clinically aloof to what we think of when we say Asperger's or HFA.
However, some can go back again after their improvements. It's probably best to say "fluctuates" rather than "recovers". |

(My own therapy.) I don't know how you can just vanish. Perhaps you think it might be better for me in some way, but I don't know what way that is. I just feel that you don't care, no matter everything you said. Yes, ironic in how I vanished from others, but I only did that for you (ironic again). B... |

You could use the autism diagnosis ratio of 4/5 to 1 for Asperger's if they're the same thing other than severity, and they say autism is rarely missed. I suppose that it's possible females with autism might be misdiagnosed with just MR or PDD-NOS. The large ratios of AS that they question are actua... |

IIRC, I just said to a few professionals: 'I think I have AS/HFA. What do you think?' From there, I answered their questions, listened to their reasoning of things, and interjected with explanations here and there. It turned out that I was right in regards to an ASD. Some were quicker to come to a c... |
