Yes, I do rock on occasion while sitting on the floor. It mostly happens when I am severely stressed out at home. I first noticed it back when I was writing my dissertation, as I was having major problems with my research adviser at the time. |

I will admit that I watch anime and cartoons (yes, even old ones that your parents/grandparents/great grandparents watched). It gives my mind a break for a while, especially when I am stressed out after mentally working on something for a long time. Cowboy Bebop is a good anime series, as well as FL... |

I try not to call people names, like "stupid" or "idiot" if I can, especially if I am teaching them. (There are instances when I may think it though.) Teachers need to be refined in their behaviors towards students at all times. But, there are times when this is appropriate at a ... |

I am a self-diagnosed Aspie and take no medication except 100 mg Aspirin and generic TUMS occasionally when needed. It is not because I am anti-drug, I just do not seem to need them yet (knock on wood). I do have moderately high blood pressure, but have been trying to control that with changes to my... |

The best non-monetary items that I have found on the street was a bunch of old video game systems that someone had thrown out of their apartment for some reason. I asked about it and yes, it was stuff that they wanted gone with the trash pickup. There were three large milk crates full of this stuff ... |

Yes, I have found random money just walking around the area. Most of the time it is small change, but I have found some decent amounts over the years. My record is $350 in wadded up bills at a local spot that teenagers use to party at. It was probably someone's alcohol money that they dropped after ... |

There is nothing wrong with being a virgin at any age. If you're 40 years old and still a virgin, yes that's pretty bad. 25-30 is understandable if you're "waiting for the right person" but once you get into 40s and you still haven't done it, sorry that's pretty bad. The good news is that... |

While I detest bullying (and this may make little sense to some here), I have bullied people in the past who have bullied my friends. I did it to teach those that bully what it feels like on the other end. It is not something I like to do, but during those times I saw it was necessary to break a per... |

Yes, I was. However, it was not by my parents or sister. I was abused by my only living set of grandparents. They favored the first male grandchild in our family and I was not him. My sister was the first born grandchild, but because she was not a male, she was neglected as soon as that cousin was b... |

As for how many people think with these image processing methods, I have no idea but it is probably fairly rare overall. When I explain how I can visualize matter this way in my mind to others in my field, I mostly get blank stares or "I don't believe you" responses. The way that they &qu... |

That is a very good name for it, "Swimming Theatre" -we spell theater differently here;-) It is easy to 'dive' through the image. Do you think there are many who can do this? I have always been able to do this for as long as I can remember. It has only been recently that I realize nobody ... |

Yes, it is possible if you work at it hard enough and hone your medical skills. Being Aspie, you will likely have an advantage on the amount of concentration you can do on things. The key to success is to never give up (unless there is no other choice but to). You will need to study 24/7 for all of ... |

I was extensively bullied in my youth, starting around 6th grade until I graduated from high school. My family moved and instantly I became the school target. School officials did not want to interfere with the issue as I was just the new kid to them. The specifics I will leave out due to the graphi... |

I also have an interest in artificial intelligence, and have started working on it a few years ago. Unlike many examples of AI I have seen, I intend on creating true AI, or more specifically artificial life. I have a pretty good idea of how I'm going to make it (the theory of it), but I just need t... |
