Those posts all over the internet where it says something, like it's a news story, and there's an obvious mistake in the text, or the image that goes with it and it's just designed to provoke people into commenting because they want to correct the error so badly... |

Aeon Flux? In Time? The Island? - There were a few movies in that period with similar premises, all taking massive 'inspiration' from the classic Logan's Run that Fnord suggested.
