I don’t think so. A person would need to be evaluated for ASPD in order to receive the diagnosis. If someone is worried about having ASPD, that probably means that they don’t have it. People with that personality disorder don’t typically experience guilt or remorse. They aren’t usually honest about...

If Conduct Disorder started at 15, 16 or 17 and if that behavior persists in adulthood, would that person be diagnosed with Antisocial Personality Disorder? With new diagnostic DSM-5 model for Antisocial Personality Disorder, would it be different?

It's a bit confusing, because examples of lack of limited prosocial diagnostic criteria includes Lack of remorse or guilt, Callus-lack of empathy, Unconcerned about performance and Shallow or defiant effect. The question if a person can have those symptoms without having history of juvenile delinque...

If a person never had juvenile delinquency or criminal history, but only has limited prosocial emotions, is it still a form of Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Antisocial Personality Disorder or Narcissistic Personality Disorder?

I made a coping strategies to deal with restricted interests by walking more outside, to do more exercise, try to listen to different songs, play different games.

Although those are my coping strategies, I don't actually know if it will be same for everyone with restricted interests.
