Does caffeine count as being a substance? Coffee seems to be my friend in January. Substance abuse comes in many forms. illegal/legal. wether they be pushed on your street corner or local doctors office. Now there's Mild and severe substance abuse. coffee is mild habit. Heroin would be a severe one.

I would personally never accept mind tampering medications under any circumstance, but if you feel your problems are that severe, i would use them as a temporary crutch then try to wean yourself off them.
