My son isn't dx but he's very "Aspie" -- like off the charts. He's thinking about going for assessment but it costs so much he's deciding if it's worth it. As someone who attended college way back when, I’d say it’s almost 50-50 on whether a diagnosis enables you to tap into enough extra ... |

My Mom made me take tap at age 4 and 5, and I’m thinking it probably took as far as balance. When I was age 14 in junior high, a friend and I could walk this thin ledge around the front of our school. It was about 4 feet off the ground. Parts were easy where you could hold onto a tree branch. Other ... |

I say, roll with the positive energy! :D A person can learn a lot from YouTube. And if combined with a good instructional book, yeah, I think that one-two punch can be a powerful combo. At the same time, maybe think about a good way to approach someone who’s either a new electrician or who potential... |

My main characters situation sees her not wanting to go back into an institution but this is thwarted by her tutor who intentionally gives her a necklace (jewellery is forbidden because the government bodies are fearful of wearers being able to 'read' its history). some movies and novels add a sub-... |

My main character has nothing she wants therefore there is no conflict. This is very perceptive of you. A book on screenwriting says, Your main character wants something badly and has major trouble getting it, and that’s the beginning of everything. During Covid, I learned that a “wetting incident” is much less noticeable if I’m wearing dark pants. I took long walks, like 4 or 5 miles. And even though I had a bottle for peeing into in my car, sometimes I just couldn’t make it back [like every couple of weeks] And yes, it’s much less noticeable ... |

I wish her all the best! I have particularly enjoyed Judi playing M in the James Bond movies. And for those who have a medium interest in medicine like I do, macular degeneration is pretty common. Always kind of weird to find out that something I’ve only sparingly heard of is actually pretty common! |
