At the moment, I gained access to legally acquire statins for myself. :twisted: Yes, my cholesterol is high enough. And yes, this also meant diet. I don't mind abstaining meat. I don't actually know. Maternal grandparents are basically toddlers around WW2. Paternal grandparents and great grandparents don't appear to had been fought in any war. I heard no war stories IRL at all, or anything related like being closely related to any casualty or a witness of whatever tragedy...

Recreated and typed a 15+ paged citizen's charter, then have all those details fit and compresses into a 3x3 ft sized tarp, while still ensuring that said details is readable/understandable when printed IRL, and make the layouts less confusing/more appealing to say the least.

I also regret not knowing sooner and not going to the gym a decade earlier, either. My body doesn't feel very efficient for numerous individual reasons. And I'm not even 30 yet. Not because of figures and overall health benefits, but because it could've been great for my interoceptive sensory system...
