Well I’m still autistic of course, but hear me out… When I started to transition, I mentioned my autism diagnosis (diagnosed several times by different psychiatrists specialised in autism) and they didn’t let me transition from female to male. I had severe gender dysphasia and I changed psych... |

I don’t think my parents knew when they bought two apartments in that house in the end of the 70s. The issue is that our house was the first house who was officially not affected anymore, so you don’t have to tell when you sell. But I’ve worked in that garden for several hours and have found quite s... |

Therapies also never really helped me. My last therapist was quite good though and the only one I could really work with, but actually he never said much. Maybe that’s why it worked. Most of the others were more damaging than it helped. I had no clue how therapy works, what am I supposed to d... |

I’ve a bit of a specific issue and I’m not sure where to start… I grew up in a very small street next to a little forest and I loved my environment. As a child I was very asthmatic and allergic and was sick easily. I moved away when I was 7 years old and my parents divorced. I moved with my mom in a... |

I struggle a lot when I don’t get enough sleep or don’t go to bed on time. What’s sometimes difficult. It instantly effects my mood. 8O In general I would say I’m very stable, what haven’t always been like this and I learned to deal with many stressors, but not when I don’t have enough sleep. I simp... |

Yes, there is a feeling in the new penis, but it needs some time until the nerves connect. On the beginning there was no feeling at all and now half of the penis has some feeling and after some more months all of it. They also connected the nerves to the clitoris and moved the clitoris in another po... |

Mostly fine, just one part needs to heal... so I'm not sure if I'll need another surfer to get it fixed, but it's just a small part and nothing serious, still it's a bit annoying. Next week they'll have a look at it and then I'll know more. |

Hello Nonperson,
Some parts still have to heal, but I'm doing quite alright. My energy is still not 100% back, but I'm doing also slow. It's a bit annoying that I'm not allowed to do much, but the good part is, I'm having my phallus now. |

Thank you jk1 and cinnabot. :D I'll have to stay here in hospital ( if everything goes well) for three more weeks. I'm not allowed to stand up until Wednesday. So I can just lay in bed all day and hope that everything will turn out just fine. I'm still very nervous about it, everytime when they come... |

I'm not quite sure. I didn't really have them as a child. Actually it's more like my symptoms shifted from autism towards schizotypal while growing up. But besides that they are more or less constant. Sometimes they are more severe out f different reasons, but far away from being psychotic. I would ... |

Hello Rocket, I can understand quite well that you don't really relate to ppl with schizoid PD. I've the same thing, but still a bit different. I relate to some degree to ppl with autism, but then there are differences and I relate to ppl with schizotypal PD, but not that much as to ppl with autism,... |

Some of the things people post on this site make me wonder if they are too caught up in the idea of Asperger's or autism as an identity, so caught up that they are either afraid to pursue a diagnosis because the doctor might "invalidate" their identity, or they can't or won't accept the r... |
