I think it's possible to learn coping skills, but I don't really see that as outgrowing it. For myself, I can fake my way through some things, but I can only do it for a limited amount of time before the effort exhausts me. |

For me, being tired means I'm grumpy and less likely to want to speak at all. Perhaps that's because translating thoughts to speech is a big undertaking for me. On the other hand, if what you're experiencing instead of that is anxiety, being tired could make you less likely to be able to bother with... |

Light: All visual issues have to do with light, don't they? Bright lights give me a headache and/or make me cranky. Flashing lights give me a headache and/or distract me to the point of aggravation.
