Does Dr. Seuss count as poetry? When we were younger my brother liked to write poems that made zero sense and annoy me to death by reading them and sadistically enjoying my irritation and confusion. He said real poems never rhyme and always have some really deep meaning that you're not suppose... |

The micro SD card I bought for my new Switch can cause cancer and birth defects. According to California, anyway. |

If you play a YouTube video of Speed Racer with the English dub at 0.75, the characters all sound surprisingly normal. At normal speed they all sound like they're on...speed. |

It's like a "father figure" except the person is usually female, and takes on the role of a mother to someone who doesn't have a biological mother, usually by being protective, nurturing, caring, giving advice, and such. Could be people like a grandmother, an aunt, a teacher, an older sist... |

I've been having dreams lately about having gross and nasty skin diseases, like pimples or huge ugly bruises on my legs. Is my body trying to warn me about something or is it just from health anxiety? |

Having a flashy car doesn't make you a Man any more than wearing sequined pink dresses would make me any more of a woman. In fact I'd probably look cringy enough to be on a TikTok video. |

It depends on the brand and quality of the chocolate, but I like milk chocolate best. Dark chocolate is too bitter and leaves a bitter aftertaste, unless it has a sweet filling to balance it out. |

When I was a kid there was a PSA with He-Man and She-Ra about "bad touching", and He-Man's list of adults you can trust include parents, a teacher, a priest, a minister, or a rabbi. The funny/sad thing is that these trusted adults are all more likely to have molested a kid than some total ... |

From now on I'm going to use "it" as a pronoun for humans, the same way humans normally use "it" for an animal whose gender they do not know. Because humans ARE animals, even if they refuse to admit it. And assuming anyone's gender is wrong, even if it's just me buying a Mother's... |

Apparently, believing that declawing cats is cruel and that no one should be allowed to own a cat if they plan to declaw it makes you a "dopey non-religious liberal", even after I said it's the same as amputating all of a human's fingertips. To the first knuckle. Imagine how fun that would... |

I guess I can forget ever being a real artist because people don't want real artists anymore. They only want art done by AI.
And I thought art was one thing that could never be done by something that wasn't human. "Good" art, anyway. |
