Same, Jakki. Toxic positivity is a very real thing, and it is running rampant in our society. Why can't we just feel and process and speak our emotions without fear of being judged?!

My BP is still really high (over 160) and my pulse is 110 again. This is with 3 kinds of BP meds, and two strokes under my belt. I'm just so tired of the hateful rhetoric here on WP. I've met some wonderful people here of course--but the racist, homophobic/transphobic, narrow-minded people are really starting to wear on me. I feel even more like an outsider than usual. I have even tried to avoid PPR, but it just seems to leak...
