Ok, My mom told me to get off the board last night because a poster (Ticker) had said something that really upset me. They were saying that if you can post on this board, than you can get a job. & that aspies are lazy. It upset me very much. I am very emotional right now because I have been thro...

I read Ticker's post in the "dependent on mommy" thread, & had a bad anxiety attack because of it. I am crying my eyes out right now because of that post. I wish people like that weren't allowed on the board because it ruined it for me.

No, I can't. I am on disability because of it. I think you are quite rude & ignorant to say this, & your post really pissed me off!

I am extremely dependent on my mom. She does pretty much everything for me. I have trouble talking to people I don't know. I can't talk on the phone to strangers. I am very much like a 10 year old girl. I like dolls & Disney channel. There is nothing at all "adult" about me. I truly feel I will ...

I could talk at a very young age. I would ramble on about just about anything, mostly talking to my dolls. I would use big words & my mom had no clue where I got them from. (probably my grandma, she babysat me from birth to about 4, & would teach me all kinds of stuff.) I remember her tellin...

When I was younger, fire alarms made me cry. (& also, cover my ears & run outside) The Buffy episode "The Gift" makes me cry, because Buffy dies to save Dawn, & I hate Dawn! Christmas makes me cry, because we don't have a lot of money, & I really dislike Christmas. & go...

I have AS & I absolutely suck at math.
I can do addition, subtraction & multiplication.
Anything else, forget it.
I don't understand algebra at all! But if I'm shopping, I can add up the cost of everything I'm buying pretty easily.

There isn't an option for 'my parents are separetd' AND 'my parents were good to me'. Sorry to nit pick, but my single mum is absolutely brilliant and incredibly supportive. Yeah, there should be an option for those w/ single parents My mom is very good to me. I haven't seen my dad in years. I don'...

My mom understands me most of the time. She tries really hard to at least. My cat understands me. He excepts me just as I am. In fact, he is curled up next to me right now watching my laptop. Other than that, no, no one else understands me at all. I am an alien. http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b31...
