If and when you do leave the person, do not be impolite or cruel or angry to them, because otherwise that could make you become the bad guy too. Just focus on doing your own thing and avoiding contact with the person. How you should tell the person you're leaving (if you should even tell them at all...

It really depends on the counselor. Some are better matches for people than others. Many do not want to use the computer during sessions for reasons it seems. I've had mixed results. Some can relate better than others depending on the type of situation you are in. If you have close friends you can l...

Stress, bad experiences, other close ones' bad experiences, culture, discrimination, prejudice, and people wanting to go too fast or too much pressure from anything are all good reasons that some people can get turned off to look right away or at all for a long period of time.

I've gotten many different opinions on this. I wanted to know what is yours? If a person wants to communicate with random people via private messaging based on interests and maybe try to meet them in a public place if they are in the same area, is this okay to do in an NT forum or an aspie forum (if...

It might be worth it to be upfront about how you don't like to hang out for too long with the person/people you are with beforehand. Another thing to consider is if you aren't sure you can get out of that kind of situation, maybe bring a book or iPod or something to help distract time. I usually wal...

It has taken me a loooong time to get as far as I am. I'm not sure what triggered it exactly- I think just the idea of never giving up, trying to learn and do new things from time to time, and trying to learn from them and understand all sides to a story, and being able to experience the world. I do...

I live alone too for the most part. My family still supports me, but I could fend for myself. While it is an accomplishment I can be proud of, I don't feel it's worth bragging about. I'm not a bragger in general unless I feel it's necessary for survival or getting that job, etc. I work more than my ...

[quote="Juggernaut". . . That being said, I love wrongplanet, but I do wish it had a more professional look to it - no offense, but it looks explicitly child-like, with the intentionally child-like alien drawing, etc. Since it's kind of the go to place for people looking into ASDs, I'm afraid the lo...

I would want to pay -10000, negative sign intended!! THe high amount would be my embarrassment to watch someone else as a live person, even though under certain contexts or certain more liberal societies that don't exist that much, so I might be able to pay, though I would look at this as purely ent...

You could also consider trying to be a teacher yourself maybe so that you could relate to other teachers more easily, or going in to the field of education if not a teacher.

It's cheating if at least one of the following is not true: 1. your partner does not agree with anything not monogamous 2. you (and your potential third partner or so and all others involved) did not first discuss with your significant other 3. you did not clearly agree to and discuss an open relati...
