A slightly damp piece of kitchen roll, taking care not to let any water ingress the computer.

I use one of those silky wipes that come with glasses for cleaning them with.
De-dust the screen first of all then work my way down to the keyboard. More stubborn gunk is easily removed by wetting the cloth slightly and making sure it's fully wrung out. I rinse the cloth out in warm water afterwards and hang it over my laundry tap spout to dry.

I use alcohol and a paper towel to clean my equipment. In fact, I use it on any non-soluble surfaces that don't stain.

I use Sol-U-Guard from Melaleuca. I'm not sure if alcohol wipes is okay or not.
If you're not with Melaleuca, Windows for the screen.
