Problems with Flash

Flash wanted update, so I tried to do it... and it throws an error with one .dll file. And Youtube still doesn't work :(
I tried to uninstall Flash and install again - the same problem. What can I do?
I use latest Opera and Vista (don't bite). When I open IE, it works, but I don't want to use IE.

You'll need to replace that dll. What is the name of it?

It's NPSWF32.
I hope I could do it, because with Vista you can be Überadmin and still can't do what you want with your own files :?

use Youtube's HTML5 link
check if it supports your browser or use another one (chrome, safari, firefox), just don't use IE.
