How to post images

So i'm trying so post a image on here. How on earth do i? I clicked the button and the window came up but i'm unfamilar with how to do a Url.

first you have to join an image hosting sight such as photobucket. once ensconced there, you simply copy the URL of a particular image you stored there ahead of time, then paste it into the WP text box with an [img]preceding%20the%20url%20and%20an[/img] at the end. or, you could push the image button to the left of the youtube button, and a dialogue box will pop up asking you to enter the image URL.
