It is theorized that if one, or something, could travel faster than the speed of light (299,792,458 m/s) it could somehow 'bend' or 'push' light (or perhaps a similar event to that of a supersonic jet breaking ths sound barrier, only with different results). Again, this is just a theory, so I am open to any feedback or corrections. The neutrino particle experiment at CERN is what made me come up with my theory.

As for the 'invisibility cloak' part:
Metamaterials are altered by scientists to create what are known as 'directed blind-spots' by deflecting certain visible parts of the electromagnetic spectrum. So technically, 'invisibility cloaks' do exist. Look it up - and prepare to be intrigued.
