I put "mostly believe"; there are still some questions in respect of the evolution of man specifically which either aren't answered or to which I personally don't know the answer.

I selected “Mostly Valid”, and for the same reasons you stated.

A scientific theory is one that is constantly being refined and even re-defined as more evidence is discovered. Only a person ignorant of science would assume that “Theory” means “imaginary” in this context.
