Dumb phone won't work

I've got an LG phone that says it is out of storage space and won't let me open apps or even text. Deleting stuff didn't help. How do I get it to work?

Connect it to your computer, copy all necessary files and photos off it, then preform a factory reset.

quick questions;

1 What is the best tough workers phone that is still reasonably cheap but not too cheap because security? (btw it doesn't have to be smart)

2 Best qwerty phone with good features? (smart and non?)

3 Is Samsung still the best smart phone? (I'm asking for a goal or a present)
