Stress over Security+

I've been studying for the Security+ exam and I've stressed myself out to the point I had a meltdown and had to quit for a while to recuperate. I have my worries about not being able to make my appointment before July 31st, when they retire the SY0-501. It's hard for me to tell what the 601 exam has in store because everything I've read about it was more hearsay or surface-level than anything. Is anyone else stressing about this?
