I bought this old 24V industrial electric-powered beastie at a yard sale in Reno for $100, and got it going in "less than full power" mode with a too-small battery I already had on hand, just to see it go...

She drove it, next, and being a little slip of a girl, it went quite a bit faster with her on it...

After deciding that this vehicle wouldn't really be great for where we live here in Northern Nevada, I advertised it online, and had a tentative sale to a new friend in California.

But he first wanted to see it go at the rated 24 Volts, so I tossed a second battery in it, and had a go, this time with SERIOUS ambition!

Her personal "EV" at the time was quite a lot faster than my heavy old Nordskog industrial cart...

I should probably get my 2006 Miles ZX40 EV going, first...

I have the batteries it came with charging in the shop, and they are testing good, so far.
It may be as simple as chucking them back in the car, and see what happens!
