I finally got most High-Res Youtube Videos running at full speed.
All i had to do is set my Virtual Memory settins[Win ME] To a minimum of 32MB and a max of 680MB So now even on the most malicious operating system in the world i got 99% systems resources.
[Funny since installing ME i never got the blue screen like i did w. 98SE.]

It did alot of help yo me. Thanks!! I however fixed the entire problem by configuring my virtual memory to not take up as much hard disk space.
