Watching Dead Boy Detectives again.
Episode 1
I realized another way of describing the dead boys. Don't take this literally... Imagine if Malcolm in the Middle was British, but not the same actors. Edwin is equivalent to Malcolm. He is smart, "proper" British behavior, died in 1916. He is anylitical, logical. He also spent over 70 years in hell after he was sacrificed by his fellow classman. A demon claims the boys doing the sacrificing, and Edwin. Charles is equivalent to Reese, and it is easy to lift that personality, lift it out of Reese, and place it in Charles. He describes themselves as Edwin is the brain, and Charles is the brawn. The brawn part raises an eyebrow from clients because the actor is built like Reese. He is brighter than Reese, but how much is questionable. (I know, if you have never watched Malcolm in the Middle, my simile is lost. Oh well.)
A wee dead girls hires the boys to help a living person, who has been possessed by a demon, or daemon. The possessed young American lady is Crystal.
The first episode was fun. I'm glad I re-watched it. There was a fair amount that is explained. For instance like ghosts using mirrors as a sort of wormhole to travel, iron injuring spirits when touched, cats can talk and they have their own hierarchy of spirituality.
They meet Jenny Green, Tattooed, Goth owner of the Tongue & Tail butcher shop. When they meet her, she is holding a cleaver and seems a bit scary. She rents out rooms. One of those rooms is to Crystal. She is an adult. Everyone else is a teen or definitely under age.
We also meet Nico. She rents the room across the hall from Crystal. She has beautiful pink butterflies, stars, floating in a soft pink glow around her. Sure, it looks nice, but... have you ever seen the episode of House M.D. when the elderly lady feels alive, horny, and gets flirty with Gregory? Oh, heck. In both cases, what they have will eventually kill them. (Again, using a reference to another television show, in addition to a specific episode. Bad choice attempting to convey an idea.)
We meet David, the demon, or daemon, that once had a relationship with Crystal.
We meet the witch, Esther. She is trouble. She is responsible for missing children. That is how Edwin, Charles, and Crystal meet her, and the main story begins. She also has a crow, her familiar, named Monty.
Word of warning. NEVER use magic on a cat!
I love this show. I loved The Sandman too, but this show is fun.

Watch/listened to several episodes of Murder She Wrote. This included one with Susan Oliver. Five years later, at the age of 58, she passed away from lung cancer. That's the problem with know stuff about people.
Then I was watched/listened to Storage Wars.
Easy shows to watch/listen to while playing Diablo IV.

Korean Ghost Stories - 2008
Episode 2 - Baby, Let's Go to Cheong Mountain
This was a possession story. Did I find it scary? No. Was it affective? Yes.

Yeon-hwa, the only daughter in a noble family, comes down with an unidentified illness. Shaman Dangol tells her mother that Yeon-hwa must eat the liver of a baby to survive. Yeon-hwa recovers with Ms. Dangol's advice, but causes the resentment of a ghost.
The liver belonged to an impoverished mother's baby. She was tricked/lied to by a doctor tasked with collecting a child for the shaman. The shaman kills the baby, and the doctor ends up killing the wronged mother.
