Christ's sacrifice was unconditional and it is never too late to invite Him into your heart as your personal Savior!

Last night I finally finished watching my way through the first eight episodes (disc 1) of

The Outer Limits [1963–1965]
<=>"There is nothing wrong with your television set. Do not attempt to adjust the picture."

- S1.E1, "The Galaxy Being" [Sep 16, 1963]
- S1.E2, "The Hundred Days of the Dragon" [Sep 23, 1963]
- S1.E3, "The Architects of Fear" [Sep 30, 1963]
- S1.E4, "The Man with the Power" [Oct 7, 1963]
- S1.E5, "The Sixth Finger" [Oct 14, 1963]
- S1.E6, "The Man Who Was Never Born" [Oct 28, 1963]
- S1.E7, "O.B.I.T." [Nov 4, 1963]
- S1.E8, "The Human Factor" [Nov 11, 1963]

When the series started my age was still a single digit—but I still recognized it as being a wonderful show.

Almost a month ago we finished watching our way through the final four episodes (Disc 3) of Season 1 of:

Sledge Hammer! [1986–1988]
<=>"Trust Me. I Know What I'm Doing."

Apparently a lot of people involved in the show figured out it would be cancelled so they ended the season with this:

OOOPS! The show was renewed! Soooo...Season 2 was presented as a prequel to Season 1.

Last night we watched the beginning of Season 2, aka, the remainder of Disc 3:

23. "A Clockwork Hammer" [Sep 17, 1987]
24. "Big Nazi on Campus" [Sep 24, 1987]
25. "Play It Again Sledge" [Oct 1, 1987]
26. "Wild About Hammer" [Oct 8, 1987]
27. "Death of a Few Salesmen" [Oct 15, 1987]

Elsbeth
streamed on Paramount+
Season 2 (2025)
episode 11 - Tiny Town

I enjoyed this episode. There is a witness to the crime. He is a Scottish gentleman, Angus, in Scotland, and he sees most of the crime through an art installation called Iris. It is a television and camera so the tiny town in Scotland can see a spot in New York City, and vice versa. Elsbeth gets him to call her and that is how she gets the clues for the crime. Meanwhile, they both become smitten with one another, long distance. It was nicely done, very sweet, because Elsbeth is so wonderfully odd. It was the show's Valentines Day episode. Of course they catch the killer, but at the same time, Angus stops appearing in front of Iris and picking up his phone. The day after Thanksgiving, the art installation is to be taken down.

On the funny side, a New York woman comes everyday and lifts her top to the Scottish men that gather to watch her. She then shows a sign advertising her website. At the end of the episode, Elsbeth and the woman are sitting in front of the screen. Elsbeth waiting for Angus. The woman waiting for her audience. The Iris screen remains empty. No spoilers.

I just watched "No Place to Hide" which was the first unaired pilot episode of "Lost in Space" made in 1965. I loved it! I've seen it before but it's been years ago. I used to watch "Lost in Space" a good bit growing up on the SciFi Channel. I loved how they reused some of the music for "The Day The Earth Stood Still" in the pilot. The special effects are excellent for the time!
