What a wonderful topic! I am loving these clips. I remember this one from years ago... I actually liked the movie in spite of Andie MacDowell's acting, but she has really done better (see Groundhog Day, you won't regret it). A line she delivered that was particularly bungled is at 8:55 in this clip, but she stinks through this whole sequence.

I had to come back and add this one. I could only find the MST3K version, but I encourage you to watch the whole thing, it all appears to be here, clip by clip. This is clip 3, and a special acting moment occurs starting at 5:02. This is another example of someone good... before they were.

I'm also trying to find that scene from "Plan 9 from Outer Space" where this woman calmly interrogates the main characters before this guy randomly slaps her and tells her to calm down. That has also got to be somewhere on the list of funniest things I've ever seen in a movie.

Curse my vivid imagination! I hear the corny acting, I hear the cheesy music, I see the ridiculous effects, and my brain still says to my stomach, "Eew," and I have to shut it off before I hurl. It makes no sense! It must be like motion sickness, just something you can't control. To me, the barest representation of it is enough to trigger a response.

Pity me. I have had to turn away from some of the most ridiculously funny dumb gorefests and miss laughing my own guts out because of this.

Still, applause for finding a good one.
