I thought of some more characters I enjoy (though not nearly as much as the characters I previously mentioned):

Wade "Cry-Baby" Walker, from Cry-Baby
Dr. Frank N. Furter, Riff Raff, Magenta and Columbia, from The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Nathan Wallace, Grave Robber, Pavi Largo, Luigi Largo and Blind Mag, from Repo! The Genetic Opera
Winslow Leach, from Phantom of the Paradise
Hedwig Robinson, from Hedwig and the Angry Inch

Sheldon Cooper.

And my favourite: Lisbeth Salander. Although some say Larsson based her on a real person.

Currently, I only have three:

Doofenshmirtz -- Phineas and Ferb
Rory Gilmore -- Gilmore Girls
Riza Hawkeye -- Fullmetal Alchemist

I've been watching a lot of Disney channel lately, and not counting Phineas and Ferb there isn't a single likable character on any of the shows...
