so far hear is my suggested cast for Batman 3

Riddler-John Simm
Blackmask-Robert Llewellyn (Kryten From Red Dwarf)
Poison Ivy- Chloe Annett, Zoe Lucker, Rita Simons, Catherine Tate or Karen Gillan
Catwoman- Neve Mcintosh

Returning Characters previously appeared in Nolans Batman films
Scarecrow -Cillian Murphy
Ras Al Ghul-Liam Neeson,
Victor Zsasz- Tim Booth or recasted by Robert Carlyle
Sal Maroni- Eric Roberts
Carmine Falcone- Tom Wilkinson

If only the Joker was recasted, Alexandra Moen (Lucy Saxon the Masters companion in Doctor Who) would make a good Harley Quinn. Sorry , i just keep on changing my mind on who will play the characters

Plus, Julian Bleach (who played Davros in the New Series of Doctor who in episodes Stolen Earth/Journeys End) should be Dr Hugo Strange

i do not think the penguin will be in the next Batman film as Nolan does not put in supernatural characters in his batman films

I say use the Riddler as the villain. He is introduced as a famous detective hired by Gotham to help track down Batman. Edward Nigma is a genius and has left a case unsolved. Edward Nigma would try his best to track down the Bat, but Batman always manages to evade him. As his failures to catch him progress, he becomes more and more obsessed. This leads him to using the Riddler persona to try and draw out Batman to catch him.

director should cast Edward Norton as Riddler.

I want to see Batman's sidekick Robin in the next movie. That would be awesome if he finally got around to it.

No way. Nolan said he would never use Robin and Bale said he would withdraw from the cast if Nolan put Robin in. We should all be thankful for that.
