We just finished watching:

The Doctor Who 2010 Christmas Special, "A Christmas Carol" [Dec 25, 2010].

We enjoyed it but I'm not sure she was completely happy with the diversion from her suggestion.

This is a good idea. Doctor Who has several Christmas specials. I should watch those this week.

Sister Boniface Mysteries
Season 2, episode 5 - St.George's Defence (2023)
watched from a recording made Saturday off PBS

We meet the Sister's mom and dad. Like Sherlock Holmes, she comes from a family of talented people, yet she is the disappointment because she chose God (and science) over science or music.

Sister Boniface Mysteries
Christmas Special 2024
watched on BritBox

BritBox Description wrote:
'Tis the season for murder. Great Slaughter's pantomime get a shocking twist when a cast member ends up mysteriously dead. Can Sister Boniface unravel the plot before death strikes again?

Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell (2015)
Finished watching the seven part series on Blu-Ray.

It was an eye-opener to see this was release in 2015, and that I bought the discs in 2015. Nine years ago, almost ten years ago. This is one of those "I can't believe it was that long ago. Time flies." moments.

I enjoy it just as much as I did back in 2015.
